Terms and Conditions (T&C)
By registering for an event, individual session, coaching, or supervision, participants acknowledge these T&C. Registration is done via email, online form, or another agreed method, and the contract is concluded with written confirmation by the provider. Seminar and constellation places are assigned in order of registration. Contents, dates, and locations are provided in the announcement. The provider reserves the right to make changes to schedule, program, or methods.
Participants attend at their own responsibility. Offers do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. Psychological stability is required for seminars and constellations. Persons in acute psychological crisis, with severe symptoms, or otherwise unsuitable may be excluded. Minimum age for seminars and constellations is 18 years; minors require parental consent.
Costs for psychotherapy are in accordance with health insurance regulations (§6(1) Z19 UStG) and are VAT exempt. In the case of a medically recognized diagnosis, the health insurance reimburses €31.50 to €40 per session. Coaching and supervision sessions can be booked in blocks and invoiced in advance. Unused sessions are refunded if cancellation deadlines are met. Seminars, workshops, and constellations are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
For psychotherapy, coaching, and supervision, cancellations by phone or email are free up to 48 hours before the session. Later cancellations will be charged. Participation may be terminated by either party at any time; a final discussion is recommended. For seminars: cancellation is free up to four weeks before the event, a processing fee of €40 applies between four and two weeks, and full costs apply from 14 days prior. Cancellations must be in writing. Substitute participants are possible after consultation. For constellations: up to four weeks prior a €40 fee applies, up to two weeks 50% of costs, and up to six days 80% of costs. Substitute participants relieve the original participant from fees.
The provider is bound by strict confidentiality regarding participants’ content, information, and data. Personal data is processed according to GDPR solely for organizing and conducting the services. Seminar materials, concepts, and documents are copyrighted and may only be used with written consent outside personal learning contexts. Liability for damages during participation is excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Participation is at the participant’s own risk. Participation in all offerings may be terminated at any time by either party; for seminars and constellations, the contract ends with the official end of the event. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. A legally valid provision closest to the original purpose shall replace the invalid one. Austrian law applies; venue is the federal state of Lower Austria.
By registering or booking, participants explicitly declare that they have read, understood, and accepted the T&C. On the website, consent is given via a checkbox that must be actively checked before submission.
